We never ask for your scheduling-account login in the public request form. To book on your behalf our team does need access to your official scheduling account — you share it only after we connect with you, through a secure channel, and it is handled with care and never stored in plain text.

We use your information solely to review your request, contact you on your chosen channel, and provide the appointment assistance you requested. Important actions are logged internally for accountability.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. It is accessed only by our team members handling your request.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls, audit logging and encryption of sensitive data where required — to protect your information.
