These terms govern your use of AppointVisa's appointment assistance service.
1. The service
AppointVisa provides technology-assisted appointment assistance for US visa applicants. We help you request, monitor and manage appointment bookings. We do not control official appointment availability.
2. Pre-payment and refunds
Submitting a request is free. To begin priority handling you pay a small, fully refundable pre-payment. If we do not secure your agreed appointment, that pre-payment is refunded in full. The balance of the service charge is due only after the agreed appointment has been successfully booked.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee appointment availability, specific dates, visa approval or visa issuance. Availability is controlled by the official scheduling system.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the readiness of your own documents and scheduling account. You must not ask us to act unlawfully or against official terms of use.
5. Communication
By submitting a request you consent to be contacted through the communication channels you select (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email, Discord or Phone).
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppointVisa is not liable for outcomes controlled by official systems, including the availability or refusal of any appointment or visa.
